Who is Look Local?
Look Local was started in 1999, originating in the Midlands, in response to the needs of local trades people and retailers who needed a cost effective method of advertising their services and products to their local community.
The handy advertising booklet was formed and now is distributed to 250,000 homes and businesses on a monthly basis.

What are Look Local Vouchers?
The Look Local Voucher scheme was formulated to offer service suppliers, manufacturers and retailers alike, a further opportunity to market their companies, by offering substantial discounts to the general public, which may be redeemed by means of producing a unique voucher, which has been downloaded from our web site.
Do I pay Look Local any money?
No. This is where we differ to other web site companies that offer discounts but require up front payment to take advantage of the deal. Look Local believe that the offer is the prerogative of the service supplier or retailer and as such, any money changing hands, should be between them and the customer.

How long is an offer valid for?
Each deal is different. The specific terms and conditions of an offer will be listed on the suppliers' web offer page.
How do I use the Voucher?
Simply take the Voucher to the participating supplier or retailer, ensuring you abide by their specific terms and conditions, the details of which are on the relevant web page, to redeem it for the offer in question.
I am trying to download a Voucher but it will not allow me to do so.
All voucher deals are subject to maximum numbers. If you are not allowed to print a voucher, it means that the deal has been fully subscribed or you have already downloaded that particular deal.
I have lost my Voucher. Can I reprint another?
Unfortunately, no. However, subject to the deal still being available, you may contact us direct on info@looklocal.com, where we will be pleased to issue a replacement.
Can I give my Voucher to a friend or family member?
Most Certainly!
Can I use only part of my voucher deal per visit?
Generally no, unless the specific offer allows.
Can I use the Voucher in conjunction with other offers?
Only if specifically stated on the terms and conditions relevant to the deal in question.
I have registered with you on line. Are my details safe?
Yes. Look Local has a stringent Privacy Policy, and all personal details are stored on a secure server. Please click on the link to view the details. It is however, your responsibility to keep your Look Local account login details secure.
Where is Look Local based?
Our central office is based in Solihull, West Midlands, but our franchise network covers most of the UK.
